The Red Devils men’s team faced a challenging encounter against the Crookwell Dogs, a pivotal match that was second versus third in the 2nd Division South Coast Monaro Rugby competition.

The match between the two clubs was made more special by the fact it was a contest for the ‘James Cup’. The trophy is named in honour of the huge contribution that both James Quodling (CRUFC) and James McCormack (Crookwell Rugby Club) had had over their respective clubs.
